Our Software Engineering process
- Obtain requirements: Clients provide us their requirements.
- Analyze & Design: We then assign a team to analyze and design our client’s project.
- Resource & Asset Development: After confirmation from our client, the team will start development, and a development team will be assigned to manage development resources and assets during the development cycle.
- QA Testing: QA runs several rounds of testing to verify the quality via a defect-tracking system.
- Technical Support: We provide 24X7 technical support to help clients release the final product.
- Maintenance Support: We provide continuous maintenance support for our clients based on the service level agreement.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Our testing service process
- Create QA Team: A QA team is created under our administration, acting as a seamless extension of our client's organization.
- Obtain Reqs: Client sends their QA/Test Requirements to Beyondsoft Mobile BU, so our team can carefully study and understand all the requirements.
- Define Reqs: Customer PM then works with Beyondsoft mobile team to define requirements, coordinate reviews, and resolve any issues together.
- Perform QA Testing: Beyondsoft mobile QA team starts the testing based on the finalized requirements.
- Supervise Planning: Beyondsoft Mobile Test Manager is responsible for all planning and offshore delivery.
Engagement Models
Offshore Development Center (ODC)
Our Offshore Development Centers (ODC) are dedicated development centers for software development, testing and support activity. The purpose behind ODC is to take advantages of the technological know-how, cost advantages and the reduced time to market.
One of Beyondsoft Mobile BU's engagement model is to build up ODC for clients who are inclined to choose China as their outsourcing market and require an offshore development team with excellent technical, communication and English skills. We can assist a Client in setting up, operations, providing the resources for development work, and managing the ODC - it acts as a virtual extension of customer’s development teams. With a robust and stable IT infrastructure in China, Beyondsoft Mobile BU has created a knowledge-networked working environment from where our employees can provide high-quality solutions to our clients.
In the ODC model, services are billed on a monthly basis.

Consulting services are billed by the hour.
